Our Story
The netPark Revenue Management System was developed to address the unique needs of a busy 2,500-space parking operation that existing management products could not fulfill. Driven by a commitment to enhance efficiency through software, we invested the necessary financial and human resources to create our own point-of-sale and revenue control system. Led by Jon Schmidt, a skilled manager with technological expertise, and supported by feedback from over 100 employees across the company, we leveraged our collective 100+ years of parking experience to design a groundbreaking cloud-based system that effectively tackled the challenges of parking operations.
